I have a full video tutorial on how to publish a book on Amazon that I've made freely available, which shows every single step for uploading a book file already. This video is titled 'CAN you?', not 'HOW to'. So it clearly states what it us about. I give my time for free to help people on this platform free of charge, and it helps thousands of people. @@SarahCordinerEDU thank you for your response ma'am, I just watched your tutorial but it didn't answer my question. I want to add my ISBN to my ebook but I don't have it now, so can I just publish it on Amazon and add my ISBN later ? After publishing? Is it possible?

@@pharmazygirl197 If you are just selling your eBook as a PDF file or a document that you print yourself, it does not require an ISBN. however, if you want your book to be distributed into bookstores and on marketplaces like Amazon, it needs to be registered as a book. This means that you will wither need to agree that Amazon can add an ISBN free of charge for you when you upload the book - OR you will need to buy one yourself. @jwmeirose do you have an ai tool to find out? When this video was published last year, many new ai users were not editing ai generated content and making this mistake. How are you helping new ai users?
